The 30 m² ground-floor apartment offers optimal comfort for up to two people and is particularly well-suited for couples or solo travellers who value a sophisticated yet cosy atmosphere. The accommodation is allergy-friendly and designated as a non-smoking apartment, ensuring that special consideration is given to the well-being of all guests.

The apartment features a modern, open-concept living and kitchen area that blends harmoniously into the overall design. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
