Haus Tinchen - Holiday home for 6 people with garden near the city and beach

This comfortable half of a holiday home accommodates up to 6 people in approximately 98 m² and is quietly located on Nordmarkstr.
The entire floor of the holiday home is tiled or covered with high-quality PVC. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living/dining area with a new couch and an open kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine, a mini-oven, and a dishwasher. From here, you have access to the south-facing terrace with a fenced-in garden area.
The garden features a large grill, a cosy seating area, and two sun loungers. In the basement, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and white closets. The adjacent shower room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.
The bedroom on the upper floor features another double bed and a south-facing balcony with a small seating area. The second bathroom, equipped with a shower/tub combination, is located on this floor. The attic is furnished with two single beds and a small CD player with radio. This open space is ideal for use as a children’s room.
The bedrooms in the basement and on the upper floor, as well as the living area, are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
A parking space is available for you at the holiday home. Dogs are welcome upon prior notice (€10 per pet per day).


The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
