  • Newly renovated 1-room apartment, approx. 28 m², for up to 2 people in a popular residential area of Westerland.

    This holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and was lovingly renovated and modernised in the spring of 2026.

    A small entryway leads directly to the

    kitchen: a well-equipped and new kitchenette in the entryway.

    Living/dining and sleeping area: Bright living area with a cosy sitting area and a beautiful dining area. The built-in wall unit in the living area provides a comfortable sleeping space for 2 people in a matter of seconds. You also have access from the living area to the furnished south-facing terrace with a beach chair and garden.

    Bathroom: Bright and modern shower room with a towel rack and window.

    Location: The city centre area of Westerland, with its numerous restaurants and shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach and the beautiful promenade are also within walking distance.
