Welcome to the Lachmöwe—a stylish island home in Tinnum that combines modern living with plenty of cosiness. Spanning approximately 100 m² across three levels, a beautiful retreat for up to four people awaits you. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private garden, and an open fireplace make the Lachmöwe the perfect home for relaxing days on Sylt.

The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area on the ground floor. Here, Nordic cosiness meets a modern, inviting atmosphere. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa, enjoy evenings together at the dining table, or wind down after a long day on the island in front of the open fireplace. It’s especially cosy here when the Sylt wind is blowing outside.

You can step directly from the living area out onto the patio and into the garden. The fenced-in terrace, framed by a hedge, creates a pleasantly sheltered spot for relaxing in the fresh North Sea air. Garden furniture and your own beach chair are, of course, part of the authentic Sylt experience—perfect for your first cup of coffee in the morning, a good book in the afternoon, or a relaxing end to the day.

The open kitchen blends seamlessly with the living and dining areas and offers everything you need for your holiday. In addition to the stove and oven, you’ll find a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster, among other appliances.

Also on the ground floor is the first of the two bathrooms, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A washer-dryer provides additional comfort, even during longer stays.

Upstairs, you’ll find the first bedroom with a comfortable box-spring double bed and its own TV. Also located on this floor is the second spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A particularly practical feature: a separate small office with a desk offers a quiet spot if you need to answer an email or take care of some work in between.

Another flight of stairs leads up to the cosy attic. Here you’ll find the second bedroom—also featuring a double box-spring bed, a closet, and its own TV. This way, both bedrooms enjoy their very own private retreat and offer the perfect conditions for restful nights.

Four-legged Sylt fans are also welcome to stay at the Lachmöwe: Thanks to the outdoor area and the fenced-in terrace, the house is perfect for a family island holiday with your dog.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A private parking space right next to the house rounds out the amenities.
