With a living area of approximately 50 m², it accommodates up to 2–4 people and is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday on Sylt. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa, TV, and dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave (please note that there is no oven). The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer. The thatched-roof Frisian house is situated on a lovingly maintained, approximately 4,000 m² property with spacious garden grounds. Beach chairs, patio furniture, and sun loungers are available here—perfect for enjoying the fresh North Sea air and spending relaxing hours surrounded by greenery. The quiet location in the south of Westerland combines relaxation with easy access to nearby amenities. Depending on the beach access point, the beach is about a 5–10-minute walk away, and the centre of Westerland is about 10–15 minutes away. Wi-Fi and free parking round out the amenities. Pets are allowed for a fee.
