FRISIAN VACATION HOME “KÄPT’N HAHN” – COZY 4-BEDROOM HOME WITH GARDEN AND TERRACE

Experience Frisian comfort in the charming thatched-roof “Käpt’n Hahn.” This spacious 4-room holiday rental, measuring approximately 100 m² across two levels, offers cosy accommodation for up to 5 people in the heart of Westerland. Surrounded by a mature garden and featuring a furnished terrace with a beach chair (April–October), the house invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air. Dogs are welcome.

**LIVING AND OUTDOOR AREAS**
The bright living-dining area is furnished with a cosy sofa, TV, and a comfortable dining nook, offering the ideal retreat after a day at the beach. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, furnished terrace, which invites you to linger with its beach chair and patio furniture. The entire ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating and historic Pluvios tiles, creating a cosy atmosphere.

**SEPARATE KITCHEN**
The kitchen is separate and, thanks to a ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and extensive amenities, offers everything you need for your holiday.

**BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM**
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms that offer plenty of space for the whole family. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 90x190 cm) and spacious built-in cabinets. The second bedroom features two single beds (2x 90x200 cm) and also has custom-built cabinets. A third, smaller bedroom has a single bed (90x190 cm) and a closet. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink, and hair dryer. There is also a convenient guest bathroom on the ground floor.

**PRACTICAL EXTRAS**
A parking space and bicycle storage are located right next to the house. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to keep you connected even while on holiday.

This charming house features six separate holiday apartments ranging in size from 55 m² to 80 m², accommodating 2 to 5 guests. Each apartment features its own terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. For added convenience, a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available, and dogs are welcome here—perfect for dog lovers, couples, and families.

The central location near the lively Friedrichstraße allows you to quickly reach the diverse selection of shops and restaurants. The beach is only about 550 metres away, so relaxing days at the beach are always possible. Its proximity to the promenade also allows you to take part in the numerous events and activities that Westerland offers throughout the year.
