    This apartment is centrally located, just a few steps from the beach access. This spacious one-bedroom apartment is centrally located on Westerland’s main beach. The beach access and Friedrichstraße are approximately 200 metres away. The spacious living room features a sitting area with a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV, and access to the south-facing balcony. Adjacent to it is the double bed with nightstands and a reading lamp. The dining area is next to the separate kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher and a small oven/microwave. Kitchen utensils, as well as a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, are provided. The modern bathroom with shower features ample storage space. Due to positive feedback, the linens package is now included in the offer. If you do not wish to receive linens, please explicitly cancel the linens in writing at least 48 hours before arrival.
