The open-concept kitchen, equipped with a four-burner ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom, which receives natural light, features a sink, shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The open-concept bedroom, located in the attic, is accessible via a staircase (no door to the room). It features a double bed and a built-in closet. A private parking space is available on the property.
