Un bonheur à l’état pur

Un air de pension de famille mais avec un niveau de service et d’équipement (la piscine sous la maison principale) rarement égalé. Les hôtesses sont charmantes et veillent vraiment à rendre tout sejour chez elles inoubliable.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Sehr leckeres Frühstück und super freundlicher Service, der sich gut um einen gekümmert hat. Wir hatten ein sehr gemütliches Doppelzimmer. Die Lage in Ratum ist super zentral und idyllisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war alles okay, ausser das wir den Aufenthalt ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten und keine Möglickeit erhielten vor Ort es zu bezahlen, bzw. in der Strandvogtei zu früstücken.

Ein modernes Haus zum Verweilen

Wir hatten die Haushälfte Merrets-Hüs welches auf drei Etagen verteilt ist. Die Einrichtung ist modern und voll ausgestattet. Zu bemerken ist, dass zwei Zimmer sich im Untergeschoss befinden, die zwar ein Fenster zu einem Licht-Schacht haben jedoch ohne Aussicht. Das Master-zimmre ist mit toller Aussicht aufs Wattenmeer. Dies ist nirgends vermerkt! Das Haus hat eine schöne Sauna. Die Terrasse ist gross und es hat einen grossen Tisch sowie Liegestühle und einen Strandkorb.

beim Einchecken keinerlei Informationen erhalten zu den Frühstückszeiten ,Schwimmbad, Mülltrennung und Info wo die Müllbeutel hin sollen Für mehrere Personen natürlich zwei Schlüssel gewünscht , der zweite Schlüssel war von einem anderen Appartment Lage gut , Parkplatze ausreichend vorhanden

Schöne Unterkunft, schwacher Service

Unsere Buchung war für zwei erwachsene und einem einjährigen Kind. Die Wohnung hatte zwei Treppen und überhaupt nicht für einen einjährigen geeignet. Auf den Fotos war nur eine Treppe ersichtlich. Um ein Kinderbett zu bekommen wurden 25€ Bereitstellungsgebühr verlangt. So etwas habe ich noch nie gehört. Beim checkout wollte man mir zusätzlich Eine online buchungsgebühr von 35€ pro Tag berechnen was in den Buchungsunterlagen nicht ersichtlich ist. Hier warte ich immer noch auf Klärung. Ansonsten ist die Lage und auch die Häuser als solches wunderschön. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen
