I have stayed at this hotel many times and I think it is OK for Sylhet. Really disappointed with the WIFI connection as could not use internet for the duration of the stay. Please sort this out.

So poor after going there to stay after 11 years still the same and lacking In condition in room doors in bathroom gets jammed got stuck 4 times never sent a fly to fix it seems like a ghost house now

Avoid this hotel

Bathroom was in poor condition, the toilet plunger was broken and when reported nothing was done about it Bed springs were solid and dug into my skin Ordered room service, paying premium i expected decent meal, less then adequate Chicken was tiny portion with most uneatable as it was burnt, when complained to room service it was pretty much tough luck its been charged on our system and you cant complain at reception as they cant do anything. For the amount of money paid the experience was very poor..avoid this place

first of all this hotel wifi does not work at all. its really slow if your working from hotel good luck. also red water is coming out from shower. you can not bring any outside foods inside hotel. overall experience this hotel was good just bad wifi which i really needed. I'm a software engineer and i really needed it.

The property was in a bad state of repair, carets were torn, ceilings had mould, furnitures were damaged and bathroom was horrible. Literally had to perfom acrobatic manoeuvres in the shower, as the shower head would only spray out water sideways. And hot water was only available between 8am and 6pm. After that, you have to ask reception for hot water. Certainly not the 5 star hotel is claims to be.

Uncomfortable and safety not a priority

1) what ruined the experience was I emailed twice plus in requests asked for an airport shuttle as listed on site. When we arrived no one was there to pick us up. My wife and I were swarmed by locals asking for money and we had to negotiate a taxi instead which was very nerve racking. Then we arranged for airport drop off. They got us a rickshaw instead of a proper car. They are not safe and was not the shuttle service described. Completely unacceptable. When I refused to let myself and wife jeopardize safety in one they finally got a car but charged us same price for one way as the round trip service! 2) bed was hard as a board. I understand some locals are used to this but we are not and at $130+ a night expect US standards. They did try to make it right by adding blankets which was appreciated. 3) we were nickle and dimed. Got charged for water at breakfast one morning on the go only to find out next day it's free. Room service charged us more for every item than listed on menu. 4) spa offers inappropriate services

Ok Hotel But Very Expensive
