"I have stayed at the Alison a number of times. This time however I noticed the noisey A/C unit. It constantly sounded like rain on a tin roof while running. Who to notify? There is no desk staff from 5:30. Also with the A/C off and trying to rest the next door’s T.V. Was loud enough to identify the program. The self-closing doors make a notable slam click. Maybe this isn’t a good place if you need real privacy and quiet."

"HIghly recommend Hotel Bondi as a place to stay. Staff people were very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my talks with the front desk people. They made me feel like I belonged and safe, which is important as I was travelling alone to Australia. Room was outstanding, very clean and quite comfortable. Food was excellent, bar staff was very attentive. Can't say enough about the beach view!! The veranda was my favorite spot in the evening."

"Location was great. Short walk to everything including the waterside morning walk and yoga in the park. However the AC in the room wasn’t maintained properly so sleep quality wasn’t the best. But enjoyed the walking distance convenience."
