Well-located holiday home in Ristinge, Langeland
Welcome to Ristinge Sommerland 23! A charming gem of a summer house situated on an elevated plot, just a few minutes' walk from a perfect beach with dunes reminiscent of the North Sea.
Here you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the evening sun with a glass of white or rosé wine, combined with the scent of barbecue, saltwater, and pine trees, along with the sound of waves gently lapping against the shore in the background.
The house has been renovated and is in good condition.
The summer house contains 3 good rooms, each with 2 sleeping places, a bathroom with shower, and a perfect living room with plenty of space for both sitting and dining areas with a wood stove.

Adjoining the kitchen/living room is a cozy living room with a wood stove. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and armchairs.
There are several large terraces, some fully covered, some partially covered, and one completely uncovered, so all outdoor seating options are fulfilled, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.
A new modern air-to-air heat pump/air conditioning system has been installed in the kitchen, which can be turned on to warm up on cool evenings or to cool down on hot summer days. Note: Not for commercial rental.
