Nach ankunft erstmal erfahren das es kein büro mehr gibt. Also auch kein Ansprechpartner traurig aber war. 2 stunden zimmer gesucht. Am fenster vom alten Büro stehen telefonnummer dran und man erreicht da keinen. Dann steht noch ein code dran zum anmelden und funktionierte auch wieder nicht. Nie wieder.

Nie wieder!!! Siehe Bilder...

Dreckige Bettwäsche, vollgespritzte Küche, in der Dusche lagen Nägel und Haare, Toilette stark verdreckt...usw. Sauberkeit absolut miserabel!!! Es gab nur 3 Stühle für 4 Leute.. Bislang schlimmste Unterkunft in Polen!!

Der Check in muss unbedingt überarbeitet werden hat mit Wartezeit bis man endlich dran war fast 2 Stunden gedauert! Ein Parkplatz der zubuchbar wäre würde auch einiges erleichtern. Sonst war es ein gelungenes Wochenende in einer schönen Unterkunft!

Appartement war in Ordnung, leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig geputzt, also hauptsächlich der Boden nicht. Sonst alles gut, Zimmer reicht völlig aus bis 3 Personen. Swinemünde ist sehr schön und es gibt viel zu sehen. Schlimmm war nur das man mit Euro wirklich total über den Tisch gezogen wird. Also bitte immer Geld tauschen. Wir wurden von den aggressiven Mücken echt belästigt und stark zerstochen. Das ist für uns schon ein Grund nicht mehr dorthin zu fahren.

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr unfreundlich. Den Schlüssel haben wir erst 2 stunden später bekommen. Fand ich doof. Gerade wenn man mit kindern reist, kann warten zur qual werden. Das zimmer an sich war völlig in ordnung und sauber. Ich hätte mir vor ort mehr freundlichkeit gewünscht.

Lage und die Wohnung +; Service-

Die Lage ist hier super. Alles zentral und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung an sich auch ganz gut. Bitte beachten, dass innerhalb einer Woche die Handtücher und Klopapier nicht gewechselt werden, ich konnte es vorher aus der Beschreibung nicht herauslesen. Das Geschirr ist für mehr als 2 Leute nicht ausreichend. Es gibt auch leider nur ein Schlüssel für alle. Für Service würde ich keine gute Note geben. Wir kamen gegen 13 Uhr an und auf Nachfrage, ob der Appartement etwas früher fertig wird, haben wir eine kurze (fast unfreundliche) nein erhalten. Ich habe mich da leider nicht willkommen gefühlt.
