Studio Penthouse Apartment with Jacuzzi in St. Julian's

Bayside Apartments and Studios provides self-catering accommodation in the vibrant St. Julian's area, known for its lively Paceville nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs. The apartments feature modern furnishings, balconies with street or in-land views, and outdoor furniture. Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.



This Studio Penthouse Apartment accommodates 6 people up to 8 people (4 bunk beds) with one bathroom and equipped with a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, oven), TV, and small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals. There is also a well-sized terrace with BBQ and outdoor facilities, sun loungers, and a private jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of St. George’s Bay and St. Julian’s.



*Air conditioning & Jacuzzi for this unit is paid by meter (starting €10). 



* The Jacuzzi/Hot Tub for the Penthouse Apartment unit is an extra service. It is by meter payment and therefore comes at an additional cost. Guests are required to register and pay online (starting €10) when they need to use it and an email will be received with the 20-digit number to be entered into the meter box. The amount paid is equivalent to the Kilowatt consumption they can use. 



* The heating function operates based on the surrounding temperature and the amount of water needing to be heated. During winter, the water heats between 7-8 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage approx). During the summer, the water heats for less than 5-6 hours at a maximum of 40 degrees or maybe less (every 1 hour = 2 kilowatt usage approx).



* The tub is kept empty of water on your arrival and filling in the tub with water will be 2-3 hours if you are going to use it.




Additional information:



1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).



2. The building has a lift.



3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.



4. Parking is available on the street.



5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.



6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September.



7. No daily cleaning for the unit.



8. Monthly rates from 28 nights are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS; EXTRA PERSONS are €275 each and exclude utility bills, wifi/TV connection, and after check out cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry) are paid monthly in advance.



(a) Bills for 2-Bedroom Units: €160 (2 people), €180 (3 people), €200 (4 people), and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people), €180 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.



(c) €50 wifi/TV connection monthly



(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.

At Holiday Letting Malta, guests enjoy hassle-free check-ins with self-key boxes available for key collection at any time upon arrival. The apartments are easy to locate both day and night, thanks to a convenient color-coding system. While Swieqi is a tranquil, family-friendly town, it maintains a lively atmosphere with numerous cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Public transport options such as buses and cabs are readily accessible.

Very nice

Very nice apartment. Only drawback was that we didn’t get new towels/toilet paper etc. but then we also didn’t ask for it. In sum, a beautiful apartment with beautiful rooftop terrace, sun beds and jacuzzi
