"Very nice staff, location and comfortable. Unfortunately they would not give points when from an Expedia reservation. Not sure why, but this would make me choose a different route."

"Pros: coffee/ tea and fruit, welcome drink were a nice touch Cons: hospitality of the staff was lacking, digital check in system didnt work and the front desk/ employee didn't help. 3rd floor dorms and pods had poor noise reduction, ground vibrated with every footstep, sliding doors felt like things were being slammed, noise carried everywhere and people didn't respect quiet hours, loudly running and chatting through the halls at 4am. Reached out to hotel per their sign to help address it but they ignored the calls and messages"
