"Room was clean and staff was very nice. Bed “firm “ is an understatement. Thought the floor might be softer."

Most things were clean and there were no pet smells, but the carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed and there were items from previous guests under the beds and dresser. The management and staff were apologetic and refunded our pet fee. Management and staff were great."
