Spectacular

The property was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. We loved the restaurant next door and loved the fact we could walk under the bridge to go to the downtown Swansboro. We would definitely stay there again.

Great spot

We came to town to visit family and this was the perfect place to stay. The location is wonderful. Waking up and being able to just walk out to the sound was the best! We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is amazing and views are gorgeous! Close to so much, including the beach!! Perfect place that’s nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Swansboro! We had great food and hospitality everywhere we went.

Perfect trip

Just as advertised - just a short walk under the bridge (which is cool!) to downtown. Great little town with a lot of history, shops, and restaurants/bars. The apartment has been meticulously crafted inside a storefront - very well done! Just park in front of the sign...it looks like a storefront, but it's a cute little place that is perfect for 2 people

Great place for a relaxing getaway

Great location if you don't want to stay right at the beach, but it is just a short drive away. The rental property was very clean, well maintained, and I like the rustic look and decor of the studio. I loved the quaint old town of Swansboro and much of the shopping, dining and entertainment is within walking distance which is great. Overall I had a great stay and would come back again.

Unique and charming little gem, best mattress ever!

What an amazing little space! The room decor is week done, super cute and charming. The walkway under the bridge allowed for a stroll through downtown Swansboro to so many restaurants and shops! The bed was amazingly comfy, we slept great and look forward to returning!

Fabulous waterfront stay

This apartment is in a great location in downtown Swansboro. It's right on the water and next to a nice little park. It's perfect for a couple, especially if you like kayaking. We had the good fortune of meeting Marc and it was a pleasure. We have been coming to the area for several years and were very pleased to find this spot.

Nice little girls retreat

We came for a girls getaway and even though it was very cold our stay was wonderful. The studio was very charming and extremely clean. Loved the setup having separate areas for sleep and watching TV . Would definitely rent again when giving the chance.

Seaside stat

Great location with access to downtown swansboro in walking distance. Check in process was seamless as was checkout. The property manager was available via phone without issue. Would definitely stat here again

What a good surprise

We loved the apartment and where it is located. The little park across the parking lot is a great place to watch the sunrise. So close to downtown, walk under the bridge to get there safely.

Nice place

The decorations were very nice and it was clean! I loved the town of Swansboro and access to the fishing pier/park right outside the door. It was very picturesque and convenient since we brought the dog. The only think I will say is that I didnt realize this was an old store front which is super cool and different but several people tried walking in until we learned to lock the door at all times and pulled the curtain. Also didnt see a hot tub while we were there althought I didnt reach out to the host to ask either so thats on me.

Cute studio!

The place was very clean and had everything you would need! The owner was great and quick to communicate with! The bed was incredible and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Steps outside was waterfront views with a cute restaurant close by with yummy breakfast. There’s also a very nice walkway under the bridge to get to downtown swans boro where we ate at 2 separate restaurants, both delicious! Will definitely be back! Only 10-15 minutes to Emerald Isle beach!

Nice for a weekend

We stayed for a week and it would’ve been fine for a weekend. There is no kitchen-not even sink in kitchen. I didn’t realize it’s a storefront. It was probably mentioned, but I must not have noticed. Nice decor. Beautiful park right next door and cute little shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to Emerald Isle Beach.

Nothing but great

I booked this place because my daughter is stationed at Camp Lejune. Her baby was due to arrive on Feb 3 and I had reservations for that date. Life through a minor curve and we needed the place sooner. Marc was amazing at changing my dates as well as making arrangements so we could check in a day ahead of our reschedule reservation. The place was wonderful. The location is perfect and the accommodating hospitality was amazing. Thank you again we highly recommend!!

Dirty, Not Family Friendly, Live Music and Like Sleeping in a Bar

Checked in late at night after a day of travel. The sleeper sofa was covered with dog hair and food crumbs and seemed to have not been cleaned for some time. The duvet provided for the sleeper sofa was covered with dog hair and had multiple urine stains, this was unusable. It was too late for any resolution so we made the best of it and went to bed. It was difficult getting to bed as there was a lot of foot traffic as well as vehicle traffic directly outside of the room coming from the bar next door. Yes the restaurant listed in the description turns into a full blown bar in the evening. Following morning my wife got a total of 5 minutes of “warm” water in the shower. I texted the owner and he said they only have a 10 gallon tank and that you should only expect 8-10 minutes of hot water. 8-10 minutes of hot water for 3 people is unacceptable. Brushed my teeth in the sink and it was slow to drain leaving a nasty film on the sink. I notified the owner and he told me “there is draino under the sink if you want to try that”. While I appreciate his prompt response, I’m not paying to fix his issues. The following night we returned after a day at the beach to a live music concert taking place on the opposite side of the unit from the bar. So think loud live music about 30 feet from the head of the bed in the room. Lots of patrons outside of the room drinking snd smoking. It was like living in a live music bar. Contacted the owner and left as the room was uninhabitable for a family

cute vs practical

this is were cute clashes with practical, we were surprised but no place to hang up and clothes, no way to wash out any glass etc. it had a sux drawer dresser with 5 of them full of misc stuff.although nice and close to downtown swansboro, it just wasnt for us
