"This is a great place to stay for a family event. I don't normally stay at local hotels because you never know what you will get, but this place had great reviews so I took a chance. Yes, the room decor is a little dated, and the rooms have actual metal keys, which I haven't seen in years! However, everything about this hotel was very clean and in great condition, so who cares if the decor colors aren't trendy? The bed was so comfortable, and the service at the front desk was top-notch. They were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family in Lockport.
