Best choice!
The rooms are clean and equipped with every detail, the decoration super nice, the breakfast amazing, the location perfect both for beach and city centre/restaurants. But the best is the staff, starting from the lady at the reception and that did extra mile to help us fixing even problems with car and also special mention to Tymo. Without his supervision of parking we would never found out the problem with the tyre before going to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel, especially the suite! Thanks for everything!

I will not stay again with kids and elderly.
Although Manager was lovely, we were not satisfied with our stay. We had terrible incidents as our toddler, child and grandfather was stuck in the elevator for 20min late evening. We were really mistreated by the company responsible for the elevator. (Making fun of the situation, and extremely rude) I would suggest all to use stairs instead of elevator especially after 7pm. We also never received the new towels (we had limited towels to use at the end) during our 3days stay. Room is comfortable and location is great but if you have small kids or elder parents, I would pick a hotel stay with full time staff as no staff will on site after 7pm.

Great location. Walkable to restuarants and seafront. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern with a nespreso machine in the room and other tea/ciffee facilities. Breakfast vouchers are provided for four cafes within easy reach of the hotel. The bed was really comfortable with lively linen.

We loved this property. The room was beautiful and everything was very comfortable, just as it looks in the picture. The location is great, just a two minute walk to the water and lots of restaurants and shops close by. The property is not a traditional hotel. The reception is only open until 6 p.m. but this wasn't a problem. The staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommend it.

Everything was great!
Swakopmund is a great place to visit! Friendly people and very quiet. Swakopmund Luxury Suites is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is in walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops and the beach. You can reach the dunes in a few minutes drive. I would go again tomorrow!

Contemporary hotel in the centre of town
Rooms are newly decorated in a beautiful modern yet understated way and very comfortable. However note that this hotel is still under development (although we were not disturb by noise) and as such doesn't currently have any of the facilities one would expect, for example it is not possible to have breakfast at the hotel. Instead you are given a voucher (of the value of 100 Namibian dollars) to spend at a few selected cafes, some of which are only a few steps away. This is not a problem for us however I believe this should be mentioned prior to the booking. There is a lovely shared terrace with lots of lovely sofas, however currently not used as there isn't a bar or the ability to grab a coffee there. Parking is at the front of the property with a guard. Reception staff were friendly, super efficient and most helpful in organising excursions and dinner reservations, however note that at present the Reception closes at 6pm until the next morning (again not an issue for us but do take note if you are planning for a late arrival). That said, we had a lovely stay and curious to see how it will evolve.

Great location. Lovely clean and modern apartment with a nice outdoor patio area. Staff were helpful. No complaints and would recommend. Was more expensive than other options though but think it was worth it. Voucher system for local cafes for breakfast was a great idea and gave us opportunity to try a few places.

Beautiful hotel, not far from the beach
We had a great stay, and will be back. The hotel is centrally located with the beach and downtown area accessible in walking distance. You receive vouchers for breakfast to eat at a few different places in town. We recommend Village Cafe. The hotel reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and clean. The beds and pillows are uber comfortable. There was a fold-out couch that can be used for up to 2 children.

A very special place
Wonderful hotel close to everything including beach and restaurants/bars. Only slight complaint is the design of the rooms with the shower in a smoked glass enclosed chamber right out in the midst of the room. Good for couples or friends who are completely comfortable with each other. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Got a last minute booking with luxury suites and it turned out a lucky outcome. The staff are very friendly and the location of really convenient - within walking distance of the main restaurants and pubs. The rooms themselves are clean and beautifully furnished. I would definitely recommend it.

great find in swakopmund
i needed a hotel in swakopmund at the last minute and all of the hotels in my guide book were taken. i turned to expedia and this was highly rated so i gave a shot. this place is a gem. it is very stylish and clean and comfortable and located right in the center of town and as close to the beach as you can basically get (the town is not like most beach towns where you have hotels staring at water views, it's just not set up that way). the two gals working the front desk, racquel and jessica, were both very helpful and pleasant and i felt they were really there to serve the guests.

Well localized hotel with excellent rooms
This little hotel was just perfect for us! It was close to the beach with very luxurious rooms and wonderful staff that helped us plan our activities in Swakopmund including booking transportation pick ups to the different activities. It's well located within small cafes and restaurants around as well as various shops and right near an exchange house which was just perfect for people like us. I would definitely come back and recommend it to all.

Stylish place in Swakopmund
A stylish and cosy place. Spacious rooms, nice public areas and very helpful and attentive staff. Location is also ideal, 100 meters away from the beach and the lighthouse.

Top-Unterkunft - sehr zu empfehlen!
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wie es der Name schon sagt. Frühstück gibt es nicht im Haus sondern Gutscheine für mehrere unterschiedliche kleine süße Bistros um die Ecke. War sehr nett dort. Wenn ich nochmal nach Swakopmund komme, würde ich dort augf jeden Fall wieder übernachten.

Die Fotos auf der Expedia-Website passen nicht immer mit den gebuchten Zimmern in den Suites zusammen - führt zu Missverständnissen vor Ort. Zimmer wirken langsam etwas abgenutzt und schlecht gewartet - Luxury Suites müssen aufpassen, den früheren guten Level zu halten.
