This suite is located in Swain, New York within walking distance of Swain Ski Resort. It's a short drive from Letchworth State Park (15 miles away), Stony Brook State Park (12 miles away), and Woodlynn Hills Golf Course, making it a perfect four season getaway. Is your family into puzzles? Then be sure to book a time to experience Swain's escape room during your stay, conveniently located just down the street.

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighborhood. There is a restaurant across the street open year round and in walking distance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Sorry no pets. Non Smoking.

This suite has a roomy living area, an eat-in kitchen, bedroom with full size bed, small bathroom, and patio with a great view of Swain Resort's slopes. This suite is also private section of a whole house. For larger groups, this unit can connect with the King's Suite which can be booked separately.

Nice relaxing getaway
All aspects of the rental exceeded our expectations. The shower, if you want hot water, you need to turn dial to cold....HA HA but everything else was great. Prime rib, a short walk across the street was excellent! We will be back again.

Very nice clean cabin!
Everything was wonderful about our stay. There is a busy railroad track right next to the cabin that woke us up multiple times each night. Overall though the cabin was great. It was clean and comfortable. We had a good experience and an enjoyable stay.
