"This hotel is a 10 minute ride to downtown and the train station. The rooms are great, however there is no air conditioning, which was miserable in the heat of summer. Even if you cool the room down at night by opening doors, for some reason the room heats up again. It was 28.5 degrees Celsius in my room with no way to cool it down. They say they have "cooling units" that they can put in your room, but these are no more than fans that blow hot air around. Staff was pleasant and helpful... when...

"I have stayed at this hotel twice—once for 10 nights and the second time for 5 nights. Both of my stays were for business purposes. I appreciated the hotel's location, the complimentary parking, the excellent breakfast (the croissants and breads, in particular, were wonderful), and the variety and quality of the food served in the restaurant. During my most recent checkout, I provided feedback to the receptionist regarding two issues: First, there were constantly flies in the restaurant, which I found quite unpleasant. Second, regarding the internet connection—while the speed was perfectly fine, you are required to log in again every single time you return to the hotel from work. Furthermore, the connection drops throughout the night, necessitating yet another login. I suggested that they should change this system, as a single login should be sufficient for the entire duration of one's stay."
