In the hot and sunny summer days, You will enjoy the terrace above the pool. The entire garden is fenced and safe,
ideal for families with children and pets. Plenty of room for parking too.

The house is new, modern, spacious and well designed. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room,
all on the ground floor! And the entire house is air conditioned - each bedroom, the kitchen and the living room all
have their own air conditioning unit. Free WiFi is available.

At only a short drive away from the beach, a few minutes to the supermarket, the Villa Batana is a wonderful choice
for a relaxing and warm holiday in Istria!

Superb villa has everything you need

We had a fantastic week at the Villa Batana. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Our host was incredibly helpful, taking us the last few meters to the property when we got slightly lost on arrival and providing lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful pool, but the Villa is well situated to visit the attractions of the area -which we did. A truly excellent property to which we hope to return.

Wunderschön, super Gastgeber, alles was das Herz begehrt

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Danijel ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und vor allem unserem Sohn den Aufenthalt versüßt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super Villa und toller Gastgeber

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub als Familie mit Freunden (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder 5-8 Jahre alt und mittelgroßer Hund) in Danijels Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist toll und Danijel ein ausgesprochen netter Gastgeber mit vielen Informationen und Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants. Wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft frisches Obst und Gemüse in der Küche, sowie Saft und Kekse im Kühlschrank. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Einen besseren Gastgeber kann man nicht finden. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Zeit in Istrien

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Liebe gebaut und eingerichtet

Es war einfach perfekt

Das Objekt ist sehr modern eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Nichts ist verschlissen, alles wird regelmäßig neu angeschafft. Danijel ist der beste Vermieter, den wir bislang hatten. Vom Empfang, den bereits gefüllten Kühlschrank bis hin zu einer Geburtstagsüberraschung, alles war so toll. Es lässt sich alles gut erreichen. Die Ruhe, die Privatsphäre. Einfach super!!!!

Perfektes Haus für einen perfekten Urlaub

Wir haben die Villa bei FeWo direkt gefunden und uns sofort in die Bilder verliebt. Die Lage und die tollen Bewertungen haben uns letztlich zur Buchung dieses tollen Ferienhauses veranlasst. Die Kontaktaufnahme über den Eigentümer Danijel was super und der Kontakt über WhatsApp hat reibungslos und schnell funktioniert. Am AnreiseTag wurden wir persönlich und warm empfangen. Danijel hat uns das wundervolle Haus gezeigt, viele Tipps und Ideen für Ausflugsziele genannt und es gab sogar liebevolle Willkommensgrüße in Form von Obst, Gemüse, Keksen, Getränken und Co. ;o) So viel Herzlichkeit haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Tausend Dank dafür. Seine Familie hat uns einen Abend sogar ein fantastisches Fischmenü gezaubert mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Sogar an unseren Sohn hat Danijel gedacht, der keinen Fisch isst. Absolut großartig u. einzigartig. Das Haus ist genau so, wie es beschrieben ist und die Fotos es zeigen. Alles ist perfekt, liebevoll dekoriert, super sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet und lässt einen einfach nur wohl fühlen, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Die Outdoor - Möglichkeiten sind toll. Der Pool, die Dartscheibe, die Tischtennisplatte und auch für kleine Gäste ist hier vorgesorgt. Danijel und seine Familie haben an alles gedacht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, so dass man hier herrlich entspannen und dem Alltag entfliehen kann. Von da aus lassen sich alle Orte sehr gut erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus im Herzen Istriens

Ein wunderbar gepflegtes Ferienhaus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben uns von der erste Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der direkte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Die Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten/Badestellen in annehmbarer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Abschied fiel uns schwer, insofern hat das Haus unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung 😀 ♥️

Tolles Haus in Istrien

Das Haus mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist sauber und neu. Der Besitzer/Vermieter ist super nett und spricht sehr gut Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Man kann von da aus, alle Ausflugsziele gut erreichen. Für einen Urlaub in Istrien ist dieses Haus sehr geeignet.

Sommerurlaub mit Familie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Jursici sehr genossen. Die wunderschöne Villa Batana fanden wir genauso so vor wie in der Beschreibung, alles war sehr sauber, alles tiptop und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden herzlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und erhielten viele Informationen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Ausflüge etc.. Wer seinen Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung verbringen möchte ist hier richtig, auch mit Hund. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa eignet sich super für eine entspannte Zeit. Der Vermieter hat uns persönlich empfangen und alle wichtigen Infos zum Haus, Pool usw. gegeben. Darüber hinaus hat er uns Ausflugsziele und Restaurants empfohlen. Fazit: Wir sind sehr gut erholt zurückgekommen!

Eine Traumhafte Villa mit hervorragenden Gastgebern

Die Kommunikation vorab verlief ohne Probleme, wir hatten noch ein paar Fragen zum Objekt und der Ausstattung, diese wurden uns auch prompt beantwortet. Unter anderem hatten wir gefragt, ob wir wegen den Kindern etwas früher anreisen könnten. Danijel versprach sich am Morgen der Anreise zu melden, ob dies möglich sei. Pünktlich am Morgen der Anreise kam seine Nachricht, dass sie früher fertig werden und wir daher auch schon 2,5 Stunden früher einchecken können. Das nenne ich Service! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, anschließend haben uns Tihana und Danijel das Haus gezeigt und uns Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Für die Kinder gab es etwas süßes und für alle einen tollen Obst und Gemüsekorb, im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine Wassermelone Saft und Kekse. Das Haus war super sauber und sehr gepflegt! Die Lage ist super für Familien zum entspannen. Der Service der Gastgeber war wirklich hervorragend, wenn irgendetwas war, konnte man sich immer melden, die Antwort kam immer sehr schnell. Danijel informierte uns auch unter der Woche über einen anstehenden Feiertag in Kroatien. Die Villa ist ein Traum und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir würden das Objekt jederzeit ohne schlechtes Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir werden sicher nochmal die Villa buchen. Perfektes Feriendomizil ***** im schönen Istrien

Super schönes, neuwertiges, sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit herausragender Ausstattung, toller Pool und Garten, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand, mit Auto sind zahlreiche sehenswerte Orte, das Meer sowie vielfältige Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell ereicht, der Supermarkt befindet sich im nächsten Ort. Im Mai ist Istrien ein einziges Blütenmeer, traumhafte Mohnfelder und endlose Olivenplantagen sowie Weinreben. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen und hat sich im eingezäunten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist super lieb, herzlich und kümmert sich rührend um die Gäste, die Kommunikation war hervorragend.Gastfreundschaft wird hier wirklich noch groß geschrieben. Zum Empfang gab es Obst,Gemüse,Süßigkeiten, Wein und Wasser. Den Gästen stehen außerdem noch Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Bücher und Infomaterial zur Verfügung, für die Kleinen gibts Spielsachen,Schaukel und ein Spielhäuschen. Wir können das Ferienhaus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen, wenn wir wieder nach Istrien verreisen, dann kommen wir wieder. Vielen Dank für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Traumhaft

Der Vermieter war sehr sehr Nett hat viel vorbereitet Ausflüge Angebote ein Tag hat er Kuchen vorbei gebracht und seinen selbst gemachten Wein er bemüht sich sehr das seine Gäste rundum zufrieden sind. Das Haus war sauber und es hat alles was man braucht. Babybetten Hochstühle Spielsachen für die Kinder waren auch schon bereit wo wir angekommen sind.

Sehr schöne Villa

Ein Urlaub in diesem Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Es gibt keinerlei negative Themen. Haus top Vermieter super freundlich Er hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert und war bemüht uns einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bereiten. Also diese Villa kann man nur empfehlen!!!
