Preis/Leistung befriedigend

Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war in Ordnung. Geringe Abweichungen von den Fotos zum Original sind vorhanden. Das Haus ist groß und für Familien super geeignet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ausreichend. Die Geräte sind leider veraltet aber funktionsfähig. Es gab leider nur 10 Geschirrspültabs und pro Zimmer 3 Rollen Klopapier für unseren 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt. Da haben wir schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht!!! Problematisch war auch das die Waschmaschine in einem Familienzimmer untergebracht ist und somit nicht jederzeit zugänglich. Z.B. wenn die Kleinen schlafen. Die Stühle hätten Auflagen vertragen können. Die Lounge-Möbel im Außenbereich sind durch. Die Fensterläden halten teilweise nicht mehr gut bei Wind. Ebenso gab es im Innenbereich diverse Schönheitsfehler an den Wänden. Der Strom fiel 2x aus. Bei Gewitter scheinbar keine Seltenheit. Das Wlan hatte ebenfalls mehrere Unterbrechungen. Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dieser hätte öfters gereinigt gehört, es gab leider keinen Kescher vor Ort. Der Whirlpool war top, die Sauna ebenso. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Generell war unser zweiwöchentlicher Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, das Ferienhaus sehr groß und perfekt für eine ein Mehrgenerationen-Urlaub der Familie mit den 5 Doppelzimmern und Bädern. Super auch die Sauna und der Whirlpool, die dem verregneten Mai-Aufenthalt Abwechslung gebracht haben. Der Pool groß und mit der (aufpreispflichtigen) Poolheizung auch angenehm warm im Mai. Etwas Potenzial hatte aus unser Sicht die Küchenausstattung, es war leider alles sehr abgenutzt, Küchengeräte teilweise ohne Funktion. Auch die generelle Pflege des Hauses und des Außenbereichs haben noch etwas Potenzial. Ein wenig frische Farbe an der Wand, entfernen der Spinnweben, eine neue Couch, Sitzkissen für die Stühle, Pflege der Elektrik (Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand), etwas mehr Pflege des Gartens und ein wenig proaktiverer Service würden das Gesamterlebnis perfektionieren. Leider gab es ein Problem mit der Elektrik und es fiel immer wieder der Strom für Whirlpool und Pool aus. Es wurden auf alle Anfragen schnell reagiert und der Hausmeister war schnell da, allerdings sollten einige Dinge automatisch passieren, wie z.B. das Reinigen von Whirlpool und Pool, Suchen nach der Ursache für die Ausfälle, statt nur die Sicherung immer wieder reinzumachen. Es gibt auch eine gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Volleyball und Tischtennisplatz, leider aber verwildert und nicht gepflegt, daher nicht nutzbar. Die Umgebung lädt zu Ausflügen nach Pula und Rovinj ein. Fahrradtouren oder Wanderungen sind auch möglich.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen! Insbesondere für befreundete Familien! Alle haben ein eigenes Bad und die Villa ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Der Vermieter reagierte sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen. Der Pool, die Außensauna und der Whirlpool waren zu der kälteren Jahreszeit eine Bereicherung! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Sehr schöne Villa

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Das Haus war super sauber und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren im Oktober dort und konnten den Pool trotzdem nutzen und der Whirlpool ist wirklich der Hammer. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.
