Villa Casita is located in the small village of Smoljanci in central Istria, near the historic town of Svetvinčenat. The villa is named after the “Kažun (Kazeti)” – a stone structure located behind the house and one of the most recognizable symbols of Istria. This property is ideal for a family holiday - surrounded by nature, with a large garden and a private pool (40 m²), it offers a place for relaxation and peace for the whole family.Villa Casita can accommodate up to 8 guests + 1 small child. The ground floor features a living room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage room. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.The beautiful nature and atmosphere of Villa Casita guarantee an unforgettable stay. The surroundings of Svetvinčenat, a gem of Istrian tourism and culture dominated by the medieval Morosini-Grimani Castle, offer numerous opportunities to explore history in a fun way, suitable for the whole family. The villa is also an excellent base for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are only a 20-minute drive away. très belle maison, bien pensée et fonctionnelle, belle propriété. Excellent accueil et excellents contacts avec la propriétaire, même si elle n'était pas sur place elle a eu à coeur de se rendre disponible tout au long de notre séjour
