Urlaub in Jursici

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft in Jursici mehr als zufrieden! Alles war sauber und die Küchenausstattung, zwei Terrassen, der Garten, die Zimmer und der Pool waren sehr gepflegt und angenehm. Würden wir wieder buchen. Einzig die Matratzen könnten etwas dicker und fester sein. Sonst alles bestens und sehr empfehlenswert.

Stilistisches Ferienhaus mit Pool

Uns hat das Ferienhaus mit der liebenswert detailverliebten landestypischen Einrichtung sehr gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber, den Pool konnte man trotz der niedrigen Wassertemperatur sehr genießen. Das Wetter hat entsprechend mitgespielt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war stets optimal und sehr wohlwollend. Gerne mal wieder 😃!

Gemütliches feines Haus auf dem Lande

Urtürmliches schönes Haus genau der Online Beschreibung entsprechen, sehr ländlich(zum Einkaufen muss Fahrtweg eingerechnet werden). Sauber und Ordentlich (Pool wird öfter gewartet). Gute Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer.

Schönes Haus und schöner großer Pool. Platz für zwei Familien mit bis zu 3 Kindern. Separate Bäder ermöglichen dennoch gute Privatsphäre. Schöner rustikaler Stil passen ideal. Die Begrüßung und der Check In können allerdings definitiv besser sein. Man war zu Beginn ein „Allein gelassen“.

Reihenhaus auf dem Lande mit schönem Pool und einer mangelhaften Küche

Schönes traditionelles Steinhaus orginalgetreu renoviert. Toller Pool und gute Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Leider ist die Einrichtung nur sehr zweckmässig und lieblos, die Fotos sind da sehr schmeichelhaft. Die Einbauküche ist spartanisch ausgestattet und mit Ameisenstraßen versehen, der Geschirrspüler defekt, die Arbeitsplatte viel zu klein, die Gartenmöbel unbequem und die braunen Sessel und das Sofa uralt. Schade dieses tolle Haus bräuchte mal etwas Überholung und Liebe. Wir haben Alan die Mängel mitgeteilt und er hat bestätigt, dass er davon weiß. Und ?? Wenn die Ferienhäuser nebenan nächstes Jahr fertiggestellt sind, ist es wohl vorbei mit der Ruhe.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist, gerade für südländische Verhältnisse, wirklich außergewöhnlich sauber. Alan war für alle Belange sofort zur Stelle. Aufgrund des Alters des Hauses ist es recht hellhörig. Es gab sehr viele Mücken, wofür der Hausbesitzer aber logischerweise nichts kann. Alles in allem kann ich einen Aufenthalt dort empfehlen..

Sehr empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub in Zentral-Istrien

Wir waren hier zu dritt plus Hund und haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Das im landestypischen Baustil errichtete Haus wurde liebevoll renoviert und bietet angenehm kühle Innenräume sowie viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, praktisch ist die Waschmaschine. Die Inneneinrichtung ist freundlich, alles sehr sauber. Der hintere Gartenbereich ist komplett umzäunt. Am Pool gibt es eine Außendusche sowie Liegen und Matten. Vom Ort Jursici erreicht man schnell die Westküste: unsere Lieblingsstrände waren der Muraci Beach bei Porej und der bei der "Rimska Vila Dragonera". Einen kleinen Laden gibt es am Dorfeingang. Den Großeinkauf erledigt man am schnellsten in dem 8km entfernten Vodnjan. Man kann direkt vom Haus Spaziergänge starten, auch bestens geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Alan vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt hat prima funktioniert. Wir empfehlen das Haus für einen entspannenden Urlaub.

Ein toller Urlaub in der Villa Santa Mare

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (07/2021) sehr genossen. Die Villa ist super sauber und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle Klimaanlage. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack recht hart, aber das ist eine sehr subjektive Wahrnehmung. Das die Hauptküche und das Esszimmer im Untergeschoss mit dem restlichen Teil des Hauses nicht verbunden sind war bekannt und hat uns vor keine größeren Herausforderungen gestellt. Für die oft benutzen Lebensmittel gibt es im oberen Teil einen kleinen Kühlschrank und außerdem eine kleine Pantry-Küche. Der Außengrill ist ein toller Platz um Abends dort zu sitzen. Alles was man benötigt ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, einzig Geschirrspültabs, Waschmittel und Spülmittel sowie Abwaschschwämme sind nicht im Haus und müssten mitgebracht oder gekauft werden. Die Kommunikation mit Alan war perfekt, er hat immer schnell geantwortet und hatte auf all' unsere Fragen super Tips parat. Die Poolreinigung hat er gewissenhaft vorgenommen, sich immer angekündigt und sich sehr bemüht, uns nicht zu stören. Der Ort Jursici selber ist eher nicht so schön und besteht hauptsächlich aus Baustellen und einigen Ferienhäusern. Es wird dort viel gebaut, der Lärm hielt sich aber während unseres Aufenthalts zum Glück in Grenzen. Vorne an der Straße gibt es eine kleinen Laden für den täglichen Gebrauch, wir sind aber immer nach Vodnjan (ca. 8km) gefahren, dort gibt es alles und es ist Montag-Sonntag geöffnet. Geographisch liegt der Ort sehr zentral und ist damit ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Was uns wirklich extrem gestört hat (das ist aber ein generelles Problem und hat absolut nix mit dem Haus zu tun) waren die Mücken. Obwohl alle Fenster mit Netzen versehen sind, waren die Biester überall. Mit den (z.T. im Haus vorhandenen) üblichen Mitteln wie Steckern, Lampen oder Räucherstäbchen konnten wir nichts ausrichten und haben nach 3 Tagen bei Decathlon in Pula 3 Mückennetze gekauft und über die Betten gehängt. Auf diesem Weg ließ es sich dann zumindest nachts aushalten. Für draußen haben sich die Räucherspiralen als recht nützlich erwiesen. Wir können die Villa Santa Mare uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub

Wir waren mit einen weitern Pärchen da und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Den Besitzer Alan haben wir zwar nur kurz kennengelernt, es ist aber ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Urlaub in Jursici

Wir waren für 1,5 Wochen mit drei Kindern (8, 11, 13 Jahre) zu Gast im Ferienhaus Casa Santa Mare von Alan. Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus, das im rustikalen Stil eingerichtet und liebevoll mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist, hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen gepflegten Garten mit Pool, der von uns allen ausgiebig genutzt wurde. Dank der drei Außenterrassen findet man immer ein lauschiges Plätzchen im Freien. Der Vermieter Alan hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und alles unkompliziert geregelt. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage von Jursici erreicht man die Strände und Badebuchten ebenso wie die schönen Städte an der Küste und im Hinterland innerhalb kurzer Zeit. Für uns alle war es ein entspannter Urlaub mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

L'Istrie est une très belle région avec de très beaux paysages et villages et un littoral aux turquoises transparentes ... mais il est très difficile de s'y baigner sans bateau car il n'y a pratiquement aucune plage et le peu existant sont minuscules et TOUTES en galet et ou rochers ...

A very comfrotable house in a quiet village

This is a spacious house with a decent sized pool and a garden that offers plenty of shady areas. The house has two large terraces which are ideal for eating out and there is also a very good outdoor BBQ with seating area. The house is in a small village with a bar in walking distance. It is also very easy to drive to nearby towns such as Fazana or Pula. The Owner is very helpful and always quick to respond to any enquiries or questions.

Super geschmackvolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 2 Kindern (1 und 5 Jahre) und unserem Hund in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Alan. Er war sehr nett und unkompliziert! Das Wohnhaus ist etwas abseits gelegen, aber super schön aufgeteilt, sodass man auch mit einem befreundeten Paar gut Urlaub machen kann. In jedem Stockwerk befindet sich ein Bad. 2 Balkone laden zu gemütlichen Stunden ein. Der Garten mit Pool, Liegen und einem weiteren Freisitz mit Grill waren ebenfalls perfekt und oft in Benutzung!!

Sauber und gepflegt

Das Haus war wirklich super schön. Sehr sauber und gepflegt und alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut Orte wie Pula und Rovinj erreicht man in 20 Minuten. Zum Naturpark Kamenjak dauert die Fahrt ca. 50 Min. die sich aber auf jeden Fall lohnen. Direkt hinter dem Haus hat man gleich ganz viel Natur das ist für Leute wie uns, die mit Hund verreisen, immer sehr wichtig. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Übergabe und Abnahme verliefen problemlos und schnell. Vielen Dank Alan Milinkovic :))

Comfortable and pretty cottage with all that you need and lovely swimming pool

We had a lovely restful week in Istria. We enjoyed lots of swimming, relaxing and BBQs in the cottage's garden. I went to the local little shop each morning for bread etc which has everything that you need and more (the ladies even helped my husband order a wedding anniversary cake that was delivered there the next day). There is everything that you need in the kitchen/ laundry and the air conditioning worked well because it was HOT! Remember to bring any effective mosquito repellent that you know of and for the pebbly/rocky beaches you need jelly/ rubber shoes and cushions (you can buy these things in the touristy shops) - we liked Fazana beach. Alan the owner is really helpful and friendly.
