This modern holiday home is located in a quiet village near Pula and Rovinj. The house is on a large fenced plot where there are 2 other houses. Within this large property, each house has its own property, which is not completely fenced but surrounded by a hedge and trees. There are 2 tennis, basketball and playground areas, as well as a bocce court available for common use. The house is on the edge of the property and borders on beautiful nature, which makes living here even more attractive. The many leisure activities on offer here will make your holiday a hit: heated outdoor pool and sauna. In the basement of the house is the leisure room with table football and darts. Exercise equipment. 4 bicycles are available for excursions. The interior is cozy and offers a lot of comfort. On warm summer days, the air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures throughout the house. The roaring log fire warms you in winter. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and three of them have their own terrace. Covered terrace with summer kitchen. Furthermore there are Playstation4 (games FIFA and Minecraft), table tennis, 4 bicycles, seesaw, slide, ball for basketball, boccia balls, 2 tennis rackets and a fridge in the summer kitchen. Istria is diverse: visit Pula, the largest city in Istria with its impressive arena, or Rovinj. Take a trip to the Lim Canal. Explore the Brijuni Islands with their Roman and Byzantine excavations and the National Park with exotic animals. Hum, the supposedly smallest city in the world, is also worth a visit! Tolle Villa, sehr großzügig und modern, wunderschöner Garten

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern, jede Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, alles sauber und in Schuss. Allerdings grenzt der Garten des Nachbarhauses an s Grundstück. Dort hat sich 2 Nächte vor unserer Abreise eine Gruppe feierwütiger junger Männer eingemietet - deren Party haben wir dann hautnah miterlebt. Nach der Beschwerde beim Vermieter war allerdings Ruhe.

Fantastisch

Von den vielen Ferienhäusern, die wir bislang hatten, war dieses mit Abstand das Schönste. Viel Platz, sauber und mit unzähligen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Im Oktober war das Wetter nicht mehr durchgängig schön, aber wir haben insbesondere den Basketballplatz und den Tennis-Court in jeder trockenen Minute genutzt (für Beachvolleyball war es uns nicht mehr warm genug, aber im Sommer ist es bestimmt eine tolle Möglichkeit). Neben dem beheizten Pool war vor allem der Whirlpool das absolute Highlight. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es aber auch im Haus genügend Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (Billard, Darts und Kicker im Keller, Playstation, Gesellschaftsspiele). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders auch durch die nette und freundliche Unterstützung von Vesna und Zoran, die uns eine Menge guter Tipps gegeben haben. Eine klare Empfehlung gibt es auch für den angebotenen Hauswein - die eine oder andere Flasche werden wir auch noch zu Hause in guter Erinnerung an unseren Urlaub leeren. Wir kommen bestimmt sehr gerne wieder!

Grandios

Das Ferienhaus Villa Marija ist eine wahre Luxusferienoase. Mit den Freizeitangeboten um das Haus herum hat jeder seinen Spaß gehabt. Das Haus und das Grundstück ist größer als es auf den Bildern scheint und bis auf kleinere Schwächen in der Küchenplanung haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren quasi in Dauerbenutzung. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir, Familie mit zwei Kindern (Grosseltern, Eltern, Kinder (1 und 7 Jahre) haben unsere Ferien in der Villa Marija sehr genossen. Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden, grosse Küche, schöne Zimmer und gut ausgestattete Badezimmer auf Hotelniveau. Der beheizte Pool und der Whirpool wurden von Kindern und auch von den Erwachsenen rege benutzt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch das Check-out konnte problemlos abgewickelt werden. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Villa Maija bestens empfehlen!

Just perfect - don’t hesitate to book!

Just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Maria. We have stayed in good quality villas all over Europe and honestly this was the best we have experienced. The pictures, particularly inside, actually don’t do the accommodation justice. The property is exceptionally well maintained, it has great facilities and was really beautifully presented for our arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and Vesna the owner and her family could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. The location is quite rural which means it’s very peaceful but this also means you do need a car. However it’s very central and so the main towns on the Istra peninsula were all very easy to drive to. We had no complaints and I really can’t recommend this villa more highly, we will definitely return next time we come to Croatia.

Großes Haus +Grundstück, ruhige Lage

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsene und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus. Wie in der Beschreibung hat jedes Zimmer ein Badezimmer. Top! Es war alles sauber und ordentlich . Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig mit offener Küche. Wir befanden uns überwiegend draußen, da das Wetter für Anfang Juni super war. Grillstation, Pool, Jacuzzi und Sportplätze, waren gute Aktivitäten um den Tag rum zu bekommen. Nächster Supermarkt ist ca. 20-30 min entfernt. Vermieter war sehr nett und war sehr bemüht, dass wir früher als 15 Uhr rein konnten. Aus-checken war schnell und unkompliziert. Kommen gerne wieder :)

Super Ferien

Wir (Familie mit 5 Kindern zwischen 10 und 17 Jahren) hatten super Ferien in einem absolut tollen Haus. Die Villa Marija liegt etwa abseits der grossen Strassen aber sehr zentral in Istrien. Es ist wunderbar ruhig. Das Haus ist viel grösser, als man es auf den Bildern einschätzt. Man geniesst Ferien auf Hotelniveau. Bademäntel, Badetücher usw. ist alles in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden und die Sauberkeit war top. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten Istriens, sowie die Strände liegen alle innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrzeit. Übergabe und Abgabe des Hauses waren unkompliziert und schnell, so dass wir schnell unsere wunderbaren Ferien geniessen konnten. Die Villa Marija ist für Familien absolut zu empfehlen! Wir werden jedenfalls wiederkommen.

Rundum Sorglos Paket

Das Haus ist super. Es ist größer als auf den Bildern. Auch der beheizte Pool ist riesig (ca. 4mx8m). Bei schlechtem Wetter ist die Sauna und der Jacuzzi perfekt. Wir wurden sehr nett durch Zoran in Empfang genommen und auch die Übergabe erfolgte sehr schnell und unkompliziert so dass man sofort in den Urlaub starten kann. Es sind Tennisausrüstung, Boccia, Badminton, Fussball und sogar Gymnastik/Fitnessequipment im Haus. Alles ist sehr sauber. Bademantel, Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo alles vorhanden. Allerdings sollte man Küchenrolle, Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker), ggf etwas als Saunaaufguss (Aroma), Kerzen usw mitbringen da das nicht im Haus ist. Kleiner Tipp an die Vermieter - Besuche durch Handwerker, Poolreiniger ankündigen. Von allen 4 Häusern hat dieses die beste Lage. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Kommen sehr gerne wieder denn wir haben uns rund um sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Familienurlaub 2018

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung auf der Webseite. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unterstützen bei Fragen. Der Hausmeister ist lokal ansässig und bei Bedarf schnell aktiv. Im Haus ist alles da, vom Tischkicker bis zur Tischtennisplatte. Die beiden Tennisplätze sind prima. Das Haus liegt außerhalb vom Ort, ein Auto ist also Voraussetzung. Zum Baden im Meer sind wir am liebsten nach Fazana gefahren (ca. 20km), sehr schön. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag, den wir an die Vermieter gegeben haben, war die Installation von Insektenschutz-Gittern (zumindest in den Schlafräumen). Sonst sehr zu empfehlen:-)

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem ausgezeichneten Ferienhaus.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Wir haben intensiv die Tennisplätze genutzt, den zum Haus gehörenden Pool, Jacuzzi pp. Die Ruhe war herrlich u der Ausblick von der Terrasse in den Garten wunderschön. Wir - vier Kinder u drei Erwachsene - kommen wieder.

Super Haus! Netter Vermieter! Alles top.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Villa Mrija. Das Haus ist viel schöner und größer als es auf den Bilder den Anschein macht. Es war super sauber und wirkluch mit Allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Unsere Kids hatten riesen Spaß und wir entspannte Wellnessabende! Von dort ist man schnell in Pula, Rovinj, Kletterpark, Strände etc Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
