Surrounded by a fenced Mediterranean garden, the property offers total privacy and relaxation while remaining conveniently close to popular coastal destinations like Rovinj, Pula, and Fažana—all within a 30-minute drive. Local shops and restaurants in Svetvinčenat are just 5 minutes away.
The villa accommodates up to four guests and consists of a main house and a separate annexe, making it ideal for couples or small groups who value both comfort and privacy. The main house features an equpped kitchen with a small fridge and a dishwasher, a living area with sofa and TV, a double bedroom on the upper floor with sofa and a TV, and a private bathroom with shower. The annexe also features an equipped kitchen with a mid-sized fridge (no dishwasher), a double bedroom and a private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available throughout the bedrooms and kitchens, and guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, and a safe.
Outdoor living is just as inviting, with a private 8 × 4 m swimming pool, sun loungers, a covered dining area, and a built-in barbecue. The property is gated and has private parking. Casa Apricot is a non-smoking, pet-free home with guest requirements as per the host’s terms. It's the perfect base for exploring Istria while enjoying the calm of a rural setting.
Casa Apricot is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Pet fee in amount of 10€ per pet/day is not included in the final price and is to be paid on spot upon arrival.
