This makes this holiday home ideal for two families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together yet with privacy. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the first floor has a kitchen with dining room and living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which has a separate entrance from the terrace. You can cool off in the pool, which is surrounded by a summer kitchen and covered terraces where you are sure to spend pleasant hours.



The location of the house is ideal for reaching numerous places of interest in Istria: smaller inland towns such as the truffle town of Buzet, well-known towns such as Motovun, Oprtalj or the smallest town in the world Hum, as well as the seaside tourist centres of Porec, Rovinj or Pula with its famous amphitheatre.



You share the courtyard entrance with the owner, where a passageway leads to his separate property and house.
