A Perfect Place to Be

Clean and spacious house for four. We missed nothing. Very cool and modern pool. The garden is large with shady trees - loved it! The landlord is very sympathetic and polite. We‘ll definitely be there again soon!

Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr sympathisch, man kann sich auf Deutsch und Englisch verständigen.Der einzige Nachbar ist der Bruder vom Vermieter, der auch Imker ist. Wer frischen Honig kaufen möchte, kann den Vermieter ansprechen.So wie die super tollen Olivenöl Stände in der Umgebung. Es ist ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub gewesen, wer entspannen möchte ist hier genau richtig (Entspannung pur und Ruhe) Das Haus ist wie auf Bildern zu sehen sehr modern und schick eingerichtet.Das ganze Haus, so wie das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und sauber .Es gibt Handtücher (Handtücher werden gewechselt vom Vermieter) und Bettwäsche (Ersatz Bettwäsche ) wir hatten Bettwäsche mit gebracht die wir nicht gebraucht haben, da alles wirklich sauber war und frisch.Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Gas Herd, Mikrowelle.Das Grundstück ist schön angelegt mit viel Liebe zum Detail gerade wenn es dunkel wird und die Beleuchtung angeht (Deko, Pool, Bäume mit schöner Beleuchtung)Der Pool ist wunderschön, die Größe reicht aus um paar Bahnen zu schwimmen und mit den Kindern zu spielen. Pool Tiefe 1,50 m.Des Weiteren gibt es ein Tischtennis, Federball Netz, Trampolin, zwei Hängematten, ein Gasgrill und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. (Schläger und Bälle sind im Haus vorhanden) Vielen Dank an die Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekter Familienurlaub!

Wir haben mit unserer Familie, bestehend aus fünf Kindern, eine wunderbare Zeit in Villa Valpiana verbracht. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und sauber, genau das, was wir für unsere große Familie brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem, und es gab genügend Platz für uns alle. Besonders toll war der Außenbereich, wo die Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen hatten, während wir uns entspannen konnten. Auch die Lage des Ortes ist fantastisch. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe – sei es ein Supermarkt, Restaurants oder kinderfreundliche Ausflugsziele. Der Strand war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, und das Wasser/ die Umgebung war traumhaft schön. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns mit Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung unterstützt, und das machte unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Unsere Kinder waren absolut begeistert und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause! Wir werden diesen Urlaubsort definitiv weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus entspricht 100 % der Beschreibung, es ist perfekt eingerichtet, alle Räume verfügen über Klimaanlage getrennt regelbar. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten, das Haus wurde perfekt gereinigt übergeben, Familie Macan empfing uns sehr freundlich, wir fühlten uns wunderbar betreut. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß, es gibt viele große Eichen , die im Sommer herrlichen Schatten spenden, es gibt genug bequeme Liegen um den Pool, der übrigens perfekt gereinigt und sehr sauber war, außerdem gibt es einen Tischtennistisch und auch Hängematten unter den Bäumen. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Essplatz im Freien mit kleiner Außenküche, schöener Gasgrill , und Abwaschmöglichkeit. Es gibt auch eine Solaraußendusche. Man kann unter einer Eiche sein Auto im Schatten abstellen. Wir waren auf jeden Fall vom Ferienhaus und der Familie Macan sehr begeistert un d freuen uns bereits auf ein Wiedersehen. Das Haus ist nur zu empfehlen. Ein Auto ist aber auf jeden Fall notwendig, weil Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß schlecht erreichbar sind. Fahrrad wäre Alternative!

Erholung Pur

Wir waren für 2 Wochen dort im Urlaub und wurden bei Ankunft schon ganz herzlich empfangen. Es ist ein ganz wundervolles und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Die Raume sind alle schön hell und freundlich. Alles an Inventar da was man braucht. Es ist genau so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Haben sogar einen neuen Grill bekommen da der alte bei der Einführung nicht mehr so richtig wollte. Handtücher und Pool werden zweimal die Woche gereinigt bzw. getauscht. Die Außenanlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Pool ist schön groß. 6 Liegen sind vorhanden. Alles da um einen perfekten Urlaub zu verbringen. In 20 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto Pula, Porec´ und andere Städte in der Nähe. Fahrrad fahren geht fast nur an den Hauptstraßen, Radwege sind in Kroatien nicht wirklich vorhanden. Empfehlenswert ist ein Ausflug von Porec´mit dem Katamaran nach Venedig. Wir sagen ganz herzlichen Dank für tolle zwei Wochen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonderen Dank auch für den leckeren Honig und das Olivenöl. Ihr seit super, macht weiter so. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gepflegtes Haus fernab des Massentourismus

Sind vom Besitzer und seiner Ehefrau persönliche begrüßt worden. Alles sauber und bestens in Schuss. Toller Pool. Nur ein Bauernhof als Nachbar. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 km weg. Zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in 30 bis 45 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Ruhige Ort für die ganze Familie.

Diese Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Idyllisch und Ruig. Schönes Haus, gute Atmosphäre, sehr sauber. Größe gepflegte Grundstück mit privaten Pool. Sehr nette Leute. Drajen und Sandra nochmal vielen lieben Dank. Wir können nur empfehlen.

Tolles Haus für die ganze Familie

Toller Empfang durch die sehr netten Vermieter. Alles sauber,hell und modern. Fliegengitter vor den Schlaffenstern. Pool Reinigung und Handtuch Wechsel 2x in der Woche. Lage nahe Vodnjan ideal für Strände Städte und Öl und Wein Verkostungen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Super Gastgeber und Haus

Ganz tolles, sauberes, modernes Haus in dem alles vorhanden ist was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb, zuvorkommend und immer zur Stelle wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort gehabt! Würde ich wieder buchen!

Modernes Anwesen in Idylischer Lage

Sehr gut ausgesstattes Haus, das es an Nichts vermissen lässt. Neben dem Pool und der schönen Küche wurden der Gasgrill und die Tischtennisplatte sehr gut angenommen. Getoppt wird das durch die extrem zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, die einem das Gefühl geben, wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Erholung am Pool in nahezuer Alleinlage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberfamilie empfangen. Zunächst erhielten wir Reisetipps und eine eine kurze Hausführung. Der Vermieter kümmerte sich während des Aufenthalts um die Sauberkeit des Pools. Das klimatisierte Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Außenbereich kann man auf einer sonnengeschützten Terasse oder einem Unterstand (mit Grill und Spülmöglichkeit) entspannen. An heißen Tagen lässt es sich unter den vielen Bäumen sehr gut aushalten. Wir haben einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt genossen.

Schönes Haus mit großem Grundstück

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen. Auch bei weiteren Rückmeldungen, halfen sie uns immer weiter. Das Haus und Grundstück sind groß, neu und sauber. Zudem findet man dort alles vor, was man braucht.
