Lovely home in Sveti Lovrec

Villa Lenka is beautiful, newly built holiday home in traditional Istrian style, but modernly furnished.

It is located on private, enclosed and well maintained garden on the edge of the village Pajari, in vicinity of Sveti Lovrec. In the village Sveti Lovrec there are all the facilities needed on vacation, such as: store, pizzeria, an ATM, and in 15km distant Porec there is the closest beach and various sport, recreational and cultural facilities.

Villa Lenka offers to the guests following outdoor facilities: swimming pool with hydromassage corner, barbecue grill, outdoor dining area and two covered parking spaces.



Holiday house with pool, capacity 2-3 guests, with total surface of 80 sqm on two airconditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed with one extra possibilities for sleeping and one separate toilet. On the upper floor the is one double bed bedroom and one shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus

Für 2 Personen absolut genial. Ringsherum Natur und himmlische Ruhe. Wunderschöner Pool, den wir auf Grund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten. Sv. Lovreč ist fußläufig in 15 min erreichbar. Dort gibt es einen Market, eine Pizzeria und auch eine Cafébar, was will man mehr. Der Vermieter was super nett und wir bekamen zum Abschied ein Geschenk worüber wir uns unheimlich gefreut haben. Vielen lieben Dank und sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

War ganz ok

Leider nicht ganz sauber, viele viele Tiere von über spinnen, Insekten, Stechmücken und vorallem ein Skorpion im Bett, welcher mich gestochen hatte !! An sich schön, gehört aber mal richtig professionell grundgereinigt und nicht nur mit dem Besen gefegt. An den Wänden teilweise zerdrückte Reste von Mücken und Sauberkeit im Bad war auch nur „ok“.. leider in unseren Augen viel zu überteuert. Auch der poolboden war dreckig und der poolboy kam nur einmal und hat minimal chlor aufgefüllt, sonst nichts. Fazit. An sich schön aber leider viele Punkte, dass wir sagen wir würden vorallem für 2000 Euro für 7 Nächte nichtmehr kommen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub in der Villa Lenka verbringen! Ein großes Plus ist die sehr ruhige aber trotzdem zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter!
