Built in a rustic style in 2009 and completely renovated in 2022, Villa Rubus offers 203 m2 of living space within a spacious plot of 1033 m2, providing enough space for carefree play and children's laughter in a beautifully landscaped yard. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, distributed in 4 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there is one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed 180x200 cm and a bathroom with a bathtub in the room.

Upstairs are the remaining three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed 180x200 that can be converted into two single beds 90x200 cm if necessary. Inside the bedroom there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The other two rooms have a king size bed 180x200 and each room has its own bathroom with a bathtub.

Afternoon relaxation awaits you in the elegantly decorated living room, complete with a three-seater, a two-seater, a coffee table, a romantic fireplace, and a TV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, featuring a dining table for 8, and a modern kitchen with a bar for easy meal preparation for family and friends.

Step onto the outdoor terrace, where a 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 meters invites refreshing moments. Eight deckchairs for sunbathing, a parasol, a covered outdoor dining table, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill complete the outdoor amenities. From the balcony, enjoy a view of the pristine priory as you savor your morning coffee on the sofa.

During your stay, additional amenities such as a washing machine, an iron, and, if needed, a feeder and a baby cot are at your disposal. Entertainment awaits with table football, suitable for both adults and children. The villa's beautifully landscaped yard is fully fenced and offers 3 private parking spaces.
