Very beautiful, luxurious house "Villa Sonia", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and fields. In the hamlet Tomažići 4 km from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the sea. Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (4 x 10 m, 45 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna (all included), central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.2 km, pebble beach 10 km. Please note: airfield 45 km from the property. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. Well-being on country side

Das Haus ist brandneu und architektonisch sehr gelungen. Die Konzeption der Villa mit heizbarem Pool und Spa bieten auch an Regentagen eine perfekte Alternative und einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeber war sehr herzlich.
