"This place was such a gem! Service was amazing, front desk were super kind and attentive and spoke English well. they also provide amenities if you call them and ask like toothbrush/extra water bottles. The rooms are a bit outdated but everything was super clean and it’s a good spot to stay at as your home base while exploring Bishkek and the surrounding areas. "

"Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4).
I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor...

"Comfortable hotel. The attached restaurant is great, as is the breakfast buffet. Probably the best I had in my stays in 4 of the Stans. Had a small gym so I was able to get in a workout. "
