This place is really in the middle of nowhere, but if you are heading east by the south coast, then it's perfect. We stayed here first stay after we arrived and it met our needs well. There is no staff. They give a code to the main door and code to your room. The room has the necessities. It's a no-frills simple suitable stay.

The room itself was lovely! It was a good size with a private bathroom! Location-wise, it was a bit out of the way with very limited food/activity options. It was right next to an Orlando gas station which was convenient. We stayed here as a home based for the Golden Circle and it was a great location for our purposes! The property itself was sparkling clean and modern, apparently recently built. Rooms are on the 2nd floor, so the elevator was a big plus had strong wifi service. But, the area is largely an industrial seaport (though quiet) and the nearest "beach" is a mile away. There is no onsite staff, and they email you building entry instructions the morning of arrival. This is not a practical plan for travelers without local cell service.
