"The hotel is located in a basement. It is great if you only want a place to stay and have good breakfast. The staff are friendly. They only provided one small pillow, more like a cushion. The night staff provided me with an extra pillow. the management should look into providing better pillows. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the metro. Will I stay there again? Yes but they need to provide more and better pillows. "

"We liked it because it is near to the subway and busses. Also the staff from reception, cleaning, restaurants are all fantastic and helpful. The morning buffet was great, so many dishes to choose from as well as fruit. Our room had a great view over the water and the room might have been a bit small but always kept clean. We were there last year and decided to go back this year. We are very pleased and we will come back again for sure. From happy content hotel guests."
