Charming summer house in the heart of Årsdale – close to the beach and local life



In the heart of the idyllic and historic fishing village of Årsdale, you’ll find this atmospheric half-timbered summer house, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by other beautiful, authentic houses. Here, you’ll enjoy both a private garden and close proximity to the area’s greatest treasure: the lovely mix of sandy and rocky beach, just 80 metres from the door.



The house is full of character and features a layout designed for relaxation. Upstairs, there are two bright bedrooms and a spacious landing – both offering stunning sea views to the east, setting the scene for peace and togetherness. On the ground floor, you’ll find a modern, well-equipped kitchen with direct access to a cosy terrace, perfect for shared cooking and meals. Next to the kitchen is a large living and dining room filled with natural light, part of which is furnished as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is also a bathroom and a small entrance hall.



Free, stable, high-speed internet is available in the house. Please note that TV is accessed via your own streaming services using Chromecast.



Årsdale is more than just a holiday village – it’s a vibrant local community with heart and soul. You’ll find a traditional smokehouse, a cosy café, and the local grocery store “Høkeren,” run by volunteers and full of authentic Bornholm hospitality.



The house has a lovely front garden/terrace, and there is space to park one car. Please note that rental is not available for youth groups, and pets are not allowed.
