The property is walking distance to the people’s square so a good central location. The staff are exceptionally helpful. Due to connecting flight our baggage was lost and the hotel desk were really helpful in maintaining contact with the airport staff to ensure they delivered our luggage as promised and to the correct hotel. The hotel also swapped our room to one with a better view. We cannot fault the hotel or the staff. They went the extra mile to help us!

If you're want to see shanghai then book this hotel. The reception is on floor 54 and I stayed ln floor 67, subhanallah the views were amazing. I won't say much as you can see it for your self. Oh the bailmain amenities 10/10

Room was very small. Air conditioning did not work well. Room was very warm. Loud construction every morning woke us up.

We ended up canceling this hotel due to their male staffing has a very terrible attitude towards us. It was our first time visiting Shanghai. We were very excited to check out this hotel that we booked couple months ago. Soon as we walked in. We were greeted by the staff to the front. However this male staff I believe his name is Summer. He has a very bad attitude. First he asked us for two passports then he quickly turn around and told his other staff to make sure that our passport is not expired. Okay so since when we were getting a Airport Customs treatment even at a hotel? The fact he say it out loud. That is very weird. Now keep that in mind. This whole time me and my lady were super nice and polite. We both looked at each other and just laughs it off. Then secondly he informed us that the gym will be closed in the next two days. Thats fine. Then later when we paid for the final amount then we asked him again. Are you sure its only two days for maintenance. Then he suddenly changed his word and says actually it may be 10 days. So we were extremely shocked. Because thats lying to the customer. At this point we are extremely angry because of his behavior. Then lastly he only wants to give us one key card which is super odd. He asked us for two passports then all of sudden he wants to give us only one room key. So why asked us for two passports then? We then finally demand for a refund luckily the manager was kind enough and super apologetic about it and gave us our refund.
