From Expedia i can see that the breakfast added is for 2 pax but the hotel staff insists that it only covers for 1 pax. The hotel is good for family holiday but nearby has nothing much. Didi is a must in order to access to nearest shops and food stalls.

Staff is ok in speaking English, Manager was rude, I stayed for two plus weeks and one day while returning person at gate asked for my umbrella and I gave it to him but it was from my room and they marked as missing from my room and charged me, talking to manager was of no use

On the fence

On the fence a little about this hotel. Yes, it's very nice, but there is nothing nearby in terms of eateries, attractions (other than the lake, which doesn't even have a pedestrian-only path) or shops. It is a comfortable hotel, with good facilities, but the pool was packed with children (an adult-only time period would have been nice). There aren't many outdoor seating/eating areas to enjoy the view of the lake, which would have been nice. Lastly, our room smelt of smoke despite it being a non-smoking hotel. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay, and the staff are lovely, but we won't be rushing back - maybe when all the construction around has finished and there's a bit more to do in the immediate area - other than look at the lake.

Great villas but more privacy would be nice.

Great stay in one of six villas with a private hotspring pool. The villa was large and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Only downside is the security camera overlooking the hotspring pool - feels like there was no privacy.

A wonderfull room. All the stuffs in the room are nice. Large bathroom. There is no restaurant all cafe near the hotel. Need to take a taxi about 5~10 mins to get the nearest shopping mall.

看在五星的艾美, 來住一次看看, 沒想到卻是踩了地雷. 首先網站預定是大床房, 結果前台入住卻說只有雙床, 雖然免費給我升級到湖景房, 但是心中對此酒店的房間預定管理還是起了疙瘩. 接著想說湖景房可以有美美景觀, 沒想到就是一個白濛濛的湖, 啥也沒有. 然後又是夏季, 下午陽光直曬房間, 溫度整個上升到30度, 空調兩台, 其中一台也不給力, 根本不冷. 無奈只好將窗簾拉上. 趕路沒吃中飯, 點了三文治與楊州炒飯, 送來一嘗, 炒飯已經溫冷了, 薯條根本是冷的. 電話點餐時已說明要個人發票, 服務員送餐來卻沒發票, 再次告知要開個人發票. 過了一會又跑了一個服務員來問發票要怎麼開. 我真是不了解, 一個簡單的開發票, 竟然要說3次. 還真的是重要事情要說3次. 再說說出行問題, 禮賓部不知主動詢問幫忙叫車, 只是單純的回覆我要用滴滴叫車. 在這偏遠的酒店, 滴滴叫車還未必會來, 如果自己沒開車, 實在是太不方便. 我是SPG會員, 但是下次我不會來了.
