観光に便利。下水臭かった・・・

地下鉄駅から徒歩10分弱。ホテル徒歩2、３分のバス停にはメインの観光エリアに行けるバスがくるので観光にはとても便利でした。ホテルを出て右側徒歩30秒でファミマがあり、肉まん系が安くて安心できておいしくて、また日本にはない種類のものが売っていて楽しめました。またホテルのお向かいのセルフサービス式のレストラン「７+７」が店内が綺麗で新しく、また安くておいしくてよかったです。 近くの道教のお寺があり、大きなショッピングストリートもあり、お散歩も楽しかったです。 夜は怖いので出歩きませんでしたが、治安が悪いかんじもしませんでした。 ・・・と観光には便利、周囲の環境もよかったのですが・・・。 3泊したのですが1泊目の深夜0時に猛烈に下水臭くて目が覚めました。 ホテルのスタッフは中国語のみでしたが、漢字でなんとか伝えたところ、スタッフの方がバスルームの排水口と洗面台下の排水口を濡れたバスタオルでふさいでくれました。 2時になっても気になるので部屋の交換を希望してみましたが、断られました。 下水臭対策をまとめます。 ・シャワー下の排水口にはフタがあるので、使用後にしっかり閉める。シャワーを使うときはフタを開けとかないと水が流れないので注意。排水口にフタをしたら滑り止めマット、使用済みバスタオルでふさぐ。 ・洗面台下の排水口は使用済みバスマットでふさぐ。 ・洗面台の排水口も回転式のフタになっているのでしっかりしめる。さらに使用済みのフェイスタオルでふさぐ。そのときに手前上部にも穴があるのでタオルでしっかりとふさぐ。 ・バスルームのドアをしっかり閉め、換気扇をつける。さらに部屋の窓は開け、エアコンをつける。 ・・・以上で過ごせるようになりました。 工事をやっていたみたいなので、その関係で臭かったのかもしれませんが。。。 あと朝と夕方、風俗関係の名刺がドアに挟まってて、ちょっと嫌でした。 またトイレットペーパーの量が少ないです。なくなったら芯をもってフロントに行くと新品をもらえますが、面倒なので日本からの持参を熱くすすめます。

３泊しました。とてもいい宿泊施設でした。

値段が安い割にはかなりいい宿泊施設だと思いました。シングルの部屋に泊まりました。 従業員の方は中国語しか話せないですよ。たまたま古い友人で日本語を話せる現地の人がいたので気になっていた点を聞いてみました。参考にしてくださいね。 ①ここは朝食はありません。でも周辺に食べ物屋が多いので食事に困ることはありません 数件隣にファミリーマートがあります。 ②洗濯物のサービスもありません。 ③いわゆる「蚊取り線香」がありました。バスタブはなくシャワーのみ。 ④中心街にあるので観光や買い物は非常に便利です。地下鉄も歩いて数分の所にあるのでよかったですね。 ⑤従業員の方は親切でした。但し上に書いたとうり中国語しかはなせません。 最後に日本人の方はよく泊まっているかとの質問にそのとうりだと言っていました。

観前街、豫園にも近くて便利、隣りにコンビニ。

値段が安くて、便利な場所、総合評価を見てまずは安心かなと決めました。値段相応の部屋の作りではありましたが、エアコンも新しく部屋はきっちり整備され、フロントの対応も感じが良かったです。宿泊情報などのセキュリティも外部に対してきっちりした対応がされていました。

中国語のみしか通じないので不便かも。 翻訳機能を使ってくれますが。 掃除は適当すぎるので汚い時はフロントに言いましょう。 前客のタバコの吸い殻がベッド横に落ちて居ました。 数日泊まったけど... 評価はイマイチ

シングルで予約しました。チェックインの際、ディポジットで100元が必要なので気を付けてください。すぐ近くに観前街というショッピングを楽しめる場所があります。路地にも隠れ家てきな雑貨屋がありおもしろい地域です。また、観光地と鉄道駅を周回する「遊2」という市内バスの停留所があり便利です。 ホテルの設備は一般のビジネスホテルと変わらないと思います。値段が安いのであまり期待はしないほうがいいです。シャワーを浴びたり、寝るだけなら問題ありません。

Vi letade efter en billig övernattning i Suzhou och hittade Green Tree Inn. Vi bokade 4 rum för under 800 kronor. Vi fick precis vad vi letade efter. Rummen är små och ingen lyx någonstans, men valuta för pengarna. En sak som kan vara värd att veta är att ingen som vi träffade bland personalen talade engelska. Det serverades heller ingen frukost på hotellet, men det går bra att handla i affären alldeles bredvid. Läget är mycket centralt.

Mediocre motel with great location

The hotel in itself is what you can expect from the price. Pluses: comfortable beds, clean bathroom but the staff don't speak any English at all. Best thing about this hotel is the location, close to attractions and one of the night markets.
