"I arrived early at the hotel around 1:45 PM, but I never requested an early check-in. I was completely fine with returning at the standard check-in time of 3 PM. However, instead of simply asking me to come back later, the front desk staff asked me to scan a barcode and register through the hotel website. The connection did not work well, and I was left standing there trying repeatedly while feeling very tired. I want to be clear that I did not ask for early check-in, nor did I need it. I even mentioned that I would go have a coffee and return at 3 PM. Only then was I told I could receive the room key later, and I was also asked to leave a positive review before even checking in. I have stayed at this hotel location since 2018, and this was the first time I felt that the process was more focused on promoting the hotel rather than considering the guest’s comfort. While the staff member was polite and smiling, the experience felt unnecessary and uncomfortable from my perspective."

"It was a good option. It has a coin laundry and a convenience store next door. Very clean and well maintained. Nice staff. Room to leave luggage locked. Great breakfast buffet with many korean and occidental options. Has no room service."

"Breakfast was reasonable and offers a combination of Korean and also American style breakfast items Yes the AC kept the room cool however it wasn't that hot and seoul at this time. It's great having a washing machine and dryer right inside the unit Also there is a steaming press machine where you hang your clothes and it steams them straight Right inside your room There is a kettle and a refrigerator plus a freezer which is a bonus and a microwave Plenty of closet space to hang your clothes Every unit has a balcony which is very nice It is very centrally located where you're 2 blocks from a big market and 2 blocks from the big palace and a block from the metro station You are also just one block away from the mid city stream and walkway I would definitely stay here again They even have a robot that delivers extra towels and room items to your door"

"Decent breakfast and large clean room. Quiet two nights. Ten min walk to get to bus stop for the 98 bus which takes you to the fortress and market. Ten min walk to the subway which will get you to city Suwon area. "
