Enjoyed the authentic and excellent customer service provided by every staff throughout my stay. Especially staff named "Nai" from VIP Concierge desk, she was very accommodating and helpful with questions I had about the Virgin Hotel resort. My experience at Kassi Beach (21 & over pool resort) was very much needed. It was a very relaxing environment with chill music played by the DJ and great appetizers and specialty margarita.
I especially liked that it was not crowded at all, as other pools at other hotels are, which can ruin someone's vacation. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely stay here again!

Things were ok. The drain in the bathroom was very slow draining and would back up. We did not get the proper number of towels and we had to ask for more more than once. The maid was never in our room to empty the trash or take the dirty towels.
