"Slice of south Ga heaven! This property and home has so much charm and everything you need for a relaxing and tranquil vacation. The house is super clean, beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, plenty of linens, internet is good for streaming and remote work, and the home is perfect for entertaining or big families. We spent a great deal on the dock, riding bikes, riding the golf cart, playing tennis, fishing, bird watching, and in the pool. Joel is a gracious and responsive host. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us to enjoy our stay. Captain Stan’s and Steffen’s restaurants are a must. We visited St. Simons Island too. Having grown up in Camden County, Joel’s property captures the best of this area. "

"We loved this property. There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking, beds were very comfortable, and the location was very private and quiet. Shelby was very responsive and helpful when I contacted her. This was a trip to take my dad and some of his sisters (ages from 75-82) to see the Okefenokee and I think they liked the house better than the swamp. They stayed up until midnight playing Pac-Man. We all agreed this is one of the best properties we've ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again."

"Everything was lovely. I had a reservation at the Motel 6 across the street from this property. The woman in there spoke to me with complete disrespect., as if I were a disappointing teenager. I gave her a small piece of mind and came to your place. Nobody yelled at me there. "

"This affordable property provided several surprises. It was in the midst of renovations, and it felt as though someone had laid the carpet on the ground in front of my feet, and painted the hallways leading to the door of my room. It was clean and ready for me when I arrived. I could tell that the work was continuing elsewhere and knew that many of the rooms did not look like mine. Because of that, I had a very affordable weeks stay. Well done!"
