Cherry Blossom Farm is a vintage farmhouse in a storybook-like setting, located just two miles south of the Village of Suttons Bay. It is beautiful and a perfect landing spot for those staying in the Leelanau Peninsula area.

With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home welcomes up to 12 guests. There is one bedroom on the main level, and an enclosed porch set up for relaxing and sleeping with a queen sofa bed. The remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor. Step outside and enjoy the trees, grassy lawn, fire pit, and patio with outdoor table and chairs.

Traverse City is 15 miles to the south, Leland is 10 miles to the northwest, and Northport is 12 miles to the north. Each charming town has access to water and offers something exciting for every visitor. Public beaches are located about 2 miles from the house in the village of Sutton's Bay. Enjoy festivals, farmers' markets, live music, art fairs, sightseeing, bird watching, hiking, biking, and lots of good eats here.

Your well-mannered dog is welcome. (Maximum two dogs.) Please clean up after all furry visitors.

Great Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay! Was not a big deal to us, but just a heads up that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steep and have a curve to them, almost like a carpeted ladder. We loved the accommodations and our large family was comfortable!!

Perfect size for our 2 families if 4 each

The house was centrally located to all the areas we wanted to enjoy. The house had plenty of space for all of us and the back patio was very relaxing and enjoyable. We were able to eat all our dinners out there. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had no issues with making meals there.

Very comfortable

House is very clean and accommodating. It was fun to stay at a farm house with a cherry orchard! The kitchen was nicely supplied. The road is a little bit noisy but everything else was so nice it made up for it!

It was spotless, plenty of space, plenty of dishes and utensils, lovely kitchen for prep and visiting. Loved that it was so close to all that Sutton’s Bay offers, and also close to many other places. The only drawback was the road noise, even with windows closed. However, we would definitely stay again!

To top off the stay there was a magnificent show of the Northern Lights for two consecutive days while we stayed here. Just a couple of suggestions, you really need a step stool to get up into the downstairs bedroom bed off of the living room. That is one tall bed! Maybe a more comfortable chair to sit in to watch TV in the living room. Other than those two things, it was a very nice place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. The house was very clean, with the exception of the lady bugs in the bedrooms, but that wasnt a big deal for my group. We had plenty of hot water for 10 people to shower and still wash dishes. Loved the side porch for hanging out as well as the fire pit out back. The lawn wasnt mowed, which was dissapointing. This is our second time renting at this location. Some knives were pretty dull, and pans need to be replaced, but we managed.

We wanted to find a house that had enough space and bedrooms to fit us and this was wonderful. felt so much like a cottage and so much space, the sunroom, living room and dining alone makes it feel big. the location was amazing, we wanted to go to sleeping bear dunes and go into Taverse City and this was almost right in the middle. a very cute little beach 3 min away with a playground. that was perfect for the little babies. The town was so cute and a lot of places to eat. the pizza place was amazing. would highly recommend this house to anyone.

The home well accommodated our family - we had 9 adults and 6 children, age 4 and under and every family has their own space for privacy and the enclosed porch, dining room and common areas were great for family visiting and activities. We utilized the fire pit most nights.

Cherry Blossum Review

Cherry Blossom in Suttons Bay was a great place to stay for our group. The five bedrooms gave everyone enough space, and we enjoyed using the firepit and outdoor area in the evenings. The location made it easy to explore Leelanau County, with quick access to local towns, beaches, and wineries. It was a comfortable and convenient home base for our trip.
