Long before Suttons Bay became one of Northern Michigan`s most loved vacation destinations, this home was already part of the Village`s story.

Dating back to 1874, the property was historically known as the Bay House and has stood in Suttons Bay for more than 150 years.

When the home was remodeled and modernized in 2022, special care was taken not to erase that history. Instead, its historic charm and character were preserved while adding the modern comforts guests expect today.

The result is something truly special: a home where you can experience a piece of historic Suttons Bay while enjoying a comfortable Northern Michigan getaway with family and friends.
