Victory House is very well located, right in Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the square. The area is always lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and the Tube station is just a few steps away, which is very convenient. We arrived early, and the staff kindly stored our luggage for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable with good AC for summer time :) Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Victory House for its excellent location and friendly service.

Our second stay at The Hoxton in Holborn, and we'll no doubt be back. A stylish hotel in an ideal location (right in the middle of things, but not too busy), clean and well maintained, with a great bar and excellent staff. A cosy, comfortable room, too - Shoebox size, but plenty of room for two of us over three nights. Great hotel, well recommended.

The people at the check-in are professional but quite cold whereas the men waiting in the lobby are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our room, number 19 in the basement was freezing cold, we just shut it off. Why is the A/C so cold ? It costs money, it is bad for the planet and I had a headache ?
