Charming cottage. Great amenities. Lovely garden. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay here and would happily go again. Also, I was slightly worried it would smell of dogs but it absolutely doesn’t. We loved it for a Sutton on Sea mini break.

The location is really good and it has parking. You can leave your car at the hotel and walk to the beach area. It is around 10-15mins walk. The shower and breakfast were okay however the room was dirty. The carpet had stains and everything looked really old. The worse part is that there was a really ...
