" Extremely Disappointing Stay – 0/10 Experience I stayed at this apartment and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when renting accommodation. From the very beginning, there was no hot water at all — for seven full days. I reported it immediately, multiple times, and was told “it would be fixed soon,” but it never was. Imagine not being able to take a proper shower for an entire week while still paying full price — completely unacceptable. After several complaints, I was finally...

Top Suszec Hotel Reviews

Diament Plaza Katowice

10/10 Excellent

"Stayed here with the wife for 4 nights, perfect location, shops, train station, bars & restaurants all within a 5 mins walk. Plenty to choose from, only had drinks at the hotel but the food looked very nice and always had people eating. Our room was brill, bed very comfy, nice big walk in shower, heating/aircon. Large tv, small fridge and the all important kettle with tea & coffee. Fantastic place to stay and we will 100% be back when visiting. Taxi from KTW airport was around £20 each way and drive time 40-45mins."

Hotel Galicja Wellness & SPA

8/10 Good

"Stayed here with teenage boys on a visit to Auschwitz Museum. Check-in was hassle-free and room fairly well appointed - the only complaint being that it was too hot. AC didn't seem to work and there was no fan. The Spa was an excellent resource though, sadly not all the steam rooms/ saunas were working. Breakfast was good with plenty of stuff for vegetarians though vegans may find it more difficult. The Trattoria Restaurant was not so good though. Very, very slow service. Nearly an hour for a pizza?! Hotel is good though."

Focus Hotel Katowice Chorzow

10/10 Excellent

"What a wonderful stay in Katowice! We spent two nights here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very spacious and pleasantly quiet. Even though the tram stop is right outside the hotel, the excellent soundproof windows mean you hardly hear a thing. We especially loved the large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window that can actually be opened. The staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. Breakfast was simply outstanding: a fantastic selection, everything fresh and delicious, and excellent service. A particularly lovely touch was the option to take sandwiches and fruit with you. There are also so many thoughtful details throughout the hotel, such as water dispensers in the hallways and carafes with beautiful glasses in the room. There is plenty of parking, and the tram stop right outside makes it very easy to explore Katowice. We felt completely comfortable here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!"
