Worst experiance ever. The room was cold and rough. Atleast the crew did all they could to make it warmer and more pleasant. I would not stay here again though, it was terrible.

Can’t Recommend!

Positive- The hotel refunded one night that I pre-paid. I checked out after the first of a two night booking. It was the right thing to do to refund for a night I didn’t stay there. Negative- little sleep. TV from other room played loudly all night. Music with heavy bass pumping after TV turned off at 3:30 am. “Hotel” clearly has long term residents; Room extremely outdated and grungy feel, even if sheets and towels are clean. Stale smoke smell. No staff at location when I arrived or left. This place really should just convert to long-term, low-price housing and not call itself a hotel. Poor facilities overall and a regrettable stay.

The lady that checked me in was really nice. But the cleanliness was crap. Dirty floor, stained bed mattress and a lot of flies. My husband called n the guy said he would come spray, but when we got back after my nephew graduation there was a can of raid in front of the door and the door wasnt fully shut- my husband was able to just push the door open w/ out using key.

Building is in terrible shape. Many rooms have permanent residents. Lots of filth outside. Room was sketchy at best. Check in lady was nice.

It is criminal to pay to stay here. No staff on site, no electricity in the room, nobody answers the phone, rooms are filthy and floor not mopped. Made numerous calls and worker advises me he knows the electricity doesnt work and nothing they can do about it. Our rooms were not cleaned or replaced towels. Had hair all over in my bed from previous guest. Filthy mess and managers not on site or answer phones.

Bed Bugs

Bed bugs everywhere. Dirty, smelled like feet, bugers on the wall, dirty toilet and the Manager promised me a full refund as I'm on a tight budget. I've been leaving messages and no response. Very bad experience and no compassion, under my circumstances. Hotel.Com, how can you endorse such a shameless establishment?

The check in lady was helpful. The room was filthy and the bottom of our shoes bacame black with the filth. Handles were broken and we slept on top of the bed in our own blankets.

This was the filthiest, most run down motel I have ever seen. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say I doubt it would pass a health inspection, fire safe inspection, or ANY kind of inspection. A $40 room for $90, what a rip off!

i reserved this property thru expedia. when arrived at property, within appropriate timelines, the office staff was not present. we spent an hour calling the number provided by expedia/google & what number the property listed on the door. once the office staff finally answered our call, the gentlemen on the other end said he would be down less than 5 mins. no one arroved, we waitied another hour before calling expedia to inform them of this. it took thme maybe another hour to get ahold of someone represwnting the property which claimed to be the property manager. the travel inn property manager stated that they apologize and would not be charging us and also that they agreed to cancel reservation. later on thay evening, around 12am, the travell inn charged ua anyways. i contacted expedia again 2 times, to file complaint in regards to the property again thru expedia chat and over the phone, they stated i would be refunded but no refund has been made, ive yet to hear back from any of them. i will be filing screenshota and recrodings to BBB, Expedia, travel sites, blogs etc. hopefully expedia and other sites determine thay participating in any such business with this property is a huge liability and that their customers well being and financial saftey is of the utmost concern.

The personnel weren't even on sight. I had to call multiple times to get checked in. It was fifteen minutes before the desk clerk showed up. Would not recommend in any way.

Our room was absolutely filty...an absolute slum. There was broken furniture in the parking lot. Our room was so disgusting with a hanging shower door, black mold and dumpster furniture, we left truly 5 min after checking in. You are better off in a rest area sleeping in your car.

Be honestly to future guests I would not recommend this motel. We checked late and only to know they said the hotel was over booked then moved us to another hotel to stay overnight. The other at the same poorly condition.

WE TRIED TO CHECK IN, THEY HAD NO ELECT. AND DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THEY COULD CHECK ANY ONE IN. THEY ARE RENTING TO HOMELESS.. THE OUTSIDE HALL WAYS WAS DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY DIRTY.. WE WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL . SHOULD TAKE IT OFF YOUR LIST OR YOU WILL GET MANY COMPLAINTS.

Stay only if it's your last resort

The area of the hotel was okay. The parking area was literally like a dump site. When arrived for check-in no one was there. Had to called to see if anyone was even there to check us in. Which I had to wait about 15 minutes before the person arrived. When I entered the room, it smelled like someone had previously smoked in there. Found a drill bit on the bed. Smoke detectors and CO2 sensors were on the shelf of the drawers with no batteries in it. The bed was even worst. It was springy and worned. The sheets were stained and cigarettes burned marks. I went and lefted everything off the bed to check for bed bugs. Thank goodness it was cleared of that. Ended using towels to sleep on. The sink and bathrooms were okay. Toilet was low but flushes good. Showers had a decent pressure but not fit for someone who is over 6 foot tall. There were stains on the ceiling and floors. Some bugs were crawling around but ended killing them myself. It was only spiders and ants. The walls are thin and some of the neighbors were noisy. Overall for the stayed it was terrible. Unfortunately, I had to settled down for the night since driving 20 hours. Definitely not worth the price.
