I had top floor and the view of Mirissa beach was spectacular! Location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and surrounded by heaps of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of variety, good mix of western and local cuisine. Few minor issues but not enough to lose a full star for this review, perhaps 4.5 stars if you made it this far. Would stay again if i could secure a high floor, room 506 is prime!

Great dining service. Property a bit away from Mirissa and Walligama beach.

We stayed around a week with a family (a kid and partner). The location is excellent, slightly elevated above the main road, which means there is no traffic noise. The beach is within easy walking distance. The balcony is spacious and offers an amazing ocean view. Parking space is available if you have vehicle. The swimming pool is located at the back of the property and opens into a forest‑like setting, filled with nature and the sound of singing birds. The property also has a pleasant on‑site restaurant and a large continental breakfast area. Breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh fruits, pancakes, and a variety of eggs prepared to order (Sri Lankan omelet, regular omelet, or fried eggs). Cold water was provided daily upon request, and room cleaning was also done on request by placing the sign on the door. The staff were very friendly, and the management was exceptionally kind and accommodating. They allowed us a late checkout due to a special situation and also assisted us by printing travel documents. Overall, a wonderful stay.
