Welcome to your new home away from home. This home features great outdoor entertainment areas and wonderful new interior furniture.
Home has a complimentary Club Car golf cart. Must be 21 to operate.

Living room has a leather sofa and leather loveseat with a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need: dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water at sink, Keurig coffee maker.

Master Queen bedroom has TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Queen bedroom with a TV and chest of drawers.
Bunk room features a twin over full with stairs to climb to the top and a TV. Stairs have drawers to store away clothing.
Hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Washer and dryer in hall.
Wi-Fi and cable included.
Outdoor shower under home with hot/cold water.
Nice 4-seater golf cart. You MUST BE 21 to operate. No exceptions. The golf cart is optional to add on for an additional fee.
Must follow all of Ocean Lakes Golf Cart Rules.

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes. This DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.
